Saif Ali Khan's 'Race 2' trailer released - watch

The new trailer for Race 2 has been released.

Original cast member Saif Ali Khan returns in the sequel to the 2008 action thriller, for a face-off with a new adversary in the form of John Abraham.



The three-minute trailer features Khan and Abraham making their dramatic entrances amidst high-speed car chases, explosions and fight sequences, while Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez and Amisha Patel add the glamour quotient.

Padukone, who has reportedly been enlisted to support the film's online promotion, tweeted a link to the trailer, saying: "As promised...here's the link to the official Race 2 Trailer!!!"

The actress had been threatened with legal action by producer Ramesh Taurani after her unexpected exit from the film, but she rejoined the cast after negotiating her contract.

Described as a "race to the end", the UTV film is directed by Abbas-Mustan.

Race 2 releases on January 25, 2013.
