A source told The Times of India: "Though he delivered a pretty impressive speech at Yale University last year, the March trip to Harvard is on a more serious note that needs better preparation.

"Since SRK is an economics graduate and has been in the business of making films and runs a successful VFX company as well, most likely he will speak to the students about the economics of filmmaking in the world's largest movie-making industry."

Khan was recently the focus of press and public scrutiny following the publication of an article in Outlook magazine entitled 'Being a Khan', in which he described his experience of life as a Muslim post-9/11.

The 47-year-old star is expected to make his address at Harvard in March.
