The event will be attended by director Anurag Basu, who will take part in a post-screening talk at The May Fair hotel.
"We are thrilled to be celebrating the centenary of Indian cinema this year with a focus on the journey of women in film," said a statement.
"We have an exciting mix of great new independent films, some old classics and recent thought provoking films you may have missed."
Other films to screen at the festival include Sridevi's English Vinglish, 3 Idiots actor Omi Vaidya's Big in Bollywood documentary and the Neil Nitin Mukesh starrer David.
Barfi! was given a standing ovation by an audience of 4,000 at last year's Busan International Film Festival in Korea.
The 15th London Asian Film Festival takes place from March 7 to 17.
