Clarkson to appear at Edinburgh TV festival

BBC

Jeremy Clarkson will deliver a Top Gear masterclass at this year's Media Guardian Edinburgh International TV Festival, it has been announced.

He will be joined in the talk by executive producer Andy Wilman for a discussion on the show, including the recent unveiling of Michael Schumacher as The Stig.

Additionally, Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin - the writers, producers and directors of BBC sitcom Outnumbered - will reflect on 30 years spent at the heart of British comedy, and Britain's rising complaining culture over issues of taste and decency will be examined by comedians including Frank Skinner and Lucy Porter in a lighthearted session entitled 'Whose Whine Is It Anyway'.

The full programme lineup will be revealed tomorrow.
