Capital Radio's breakfast show DJ Johnny Vaughan is returning to BBC Five Live for a five-part special

Earlier this year Vaughan signed a contract with the GCap-owned London station keeping him at Capital for another three years.

Vaughan, who was the original host of Five Live Saturday morning show Fighting Talk, will return to present five editions of a spin-off, Fighting Talk: Any Other Business.

Independent producer World's End Productions will make the new show, which will cover world news and current affairs. The show will air on Sunday nights from July 8.

The original Fighting Talk began in 2003. After Vaughan, Christian O'Connell took over as host, followed by its current presenter, Colin Murray.
