A sale of Setanta Sports is off the agenda after potential buyers declined its £1bn asking price.
The Irish pay-TV service admitted it was looking at offers from several suitors in February. Those interested included BT, ITV and Disney subsidiary ESPN.
However, all buyers were put off by the £1bn valuation, according to several reports.
A source told the Financial Times: "If a good offer came along, it would be considered but, for now, talks are not continuing."
