Andrew Garfield

With an American father and a British mother, Andrew Garfield is a dual citizen. He was brought up in England, and first got into the acting industry appearing on stage and in British television shows, which included the Channel 4 adaptation of Sugar Rush. In 2007, he starred in the film Boy A. A couple of years later, he became a relatively well-known name after turns in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, Never Let Me Go, and most notably The Social Network as Eduardo Saverin, for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe and BAFTA award. In July 2010, Garfield was announced to take on the role of Peter Parker in the 2012 Spider-Man reboot.
