Cheryl Cole
Cheryl Cole is a pop singer from Newcastle, England, who rose to fame in 2002 after entering Popstars: The Rivals and earning a place in girlband Girls Aloud.
Girls Aloud enjoyed a lot of success in the UK, releasing five studio albums and 20 top ten singles.
In 2008, Cole was selected to replace judge Sharon Osbourne on UK reality series The X Factor and mentored two winners during her three years on the show.
She was selected to join The X Factor USA in 2011, but faced the axe following two weeks of auditions. Her third solo album A Million Lights was released in 2012.
