Kieron Richardson

Kieron Richardson is better known as Ste Hay, a character that first appeared in Hollyoaks for a short - but spectacular - 2006 storyline that culminated in a devastating car crash and the character's subsequent imprisonment. He made a triumphant return to the soap in September 2007 and has since been at the heart of some of the show's biggest plots, most notably the character's abusive gay relationship with Brendan Brady in 2010. Upon the announcement of the storyline, Richardson himself also publicly came out as gay and expressed hope that viewers would accept his character's sexuality. Outside of Hollyoaks, Richardson finished third in the 2010 series of Dancing On Ice and also appeared in episodes of Holby City and Heartbeat.
