LA Reid

Antonio "LA" Reid is a record executive and producer credited for helping artists like Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Usher achieve album success worldwide. He co-founded LaFace Records before working for Arista Records and Island Def Jam Music Group. In that time, he won three Grammy Awards. He left his position as chairman of Island Def Jam to join Simon Cowell in the American version of the reality show The X Factor as a judge.
