Lacey Turner

Six years after her arrival in Albert Square, Lacey Turner has become one of the most recognisable, beloved and respected soap stars of the modern day and elevated her character Stacey Slater to the status of an Eastenders legend. Turner has collected over 30 awards for her portrayal of Slater and has been at the centre of some of the biggest storylines of recent years, most notably when Stacey confessed to killing Archie Mitchell moments after her husband Bradley Branning fell to his death in the soap's February 2010 live episode. It was announced the following April that Turner would leave the show at the end of the year, with a part in cult BBC dramedy Being Human lined up for after her exit.
