Lily Allen

Lily Allen, daughter of actor and musician Keith, forged a career of her own after songs posted to her MySpace profile attracted tens of thousands of listeners. The former wild child, who dropped out of school at 15, had now become a hugely successful recording artist, eventually racking up four UK top ten singles and two triple platinum albums in the shape of 2006's Alright, Still and 2009's It's Not Me, It's You. Allen has also secured several acting roles and fronted a chat show, but her passion now lies in the fashion industry and in September 2010 she opened her own vintage clothing store. Allen has been dating painter Sam Cooper since the summer of 2009 and in August 2010 announced that they were expecting a child together, which she tragically miscarried in November that year.
