The I'm A Celebrity contestant had received a letter from Marc which asked if she wanted him to greet her when she leaves the jungle.
Speaking openly about her feelings in the Bush Telegraph, Cerys finally admitted that had fallen for Marc during their time together.
"When we first started we were just friends and then we started thinking more than that," Cerys explained. "But we didn't want to act on that, not under the circumstances, I knew that he had a girlfriend and he didn't want to hurt this girlfriend and we haven't had a chance to talk about it really.
"We were just going to wait and see what it felt like when we got back home when the person involved could talk with Marc and you know, try and do things with as little hurt as possible and now I can be honest and say I did have feelings but we didn't even talk because we didn't want to hurt anybody and we didn't intend for this to happen."
Marc had flown back to the UK in an attempt to patch things up with his girlfriend Sarah Matravers, who had branded Cerys a "home-wrecker" and admitted that she was "absolutely livid".
"I'd like him to come out so we can talk about this as quickly as possible," Cerys continued. "Is it all kicking off out there? He said there were problems in London and he was trying to sort them out and he may return to greet me if that's what I wish.
"I don't want to make any more mess than maybe I have already made, my kids are here and I don't want mess, we've been through a lot you know. Besides which, if I go out tomorrow he's not gonna be here in time to see me come out.
"This game is going funny isn't it? Life is funny but I bit this bullet and I feel like I want to bite this one too."
