The former supermodel won all five stars in a trial called Stakeout, where she was forced to lie on her back while boxes filled with creatures and slime were poured over her.
Ant told her: "We’ve got a giant star on the jungle floor you have to lie on your back in the star with your arms and legs tied down.
"Five boxes of critters will be dumped on you. In every box there will be a star. We will drop a box on your left arm, your right arm, your left leg and your torso.
"Every box that is dumped on you, you have to withstand for a minute and you’ll win a star that represents food for your starter (course at final dinner)."
Moaning about her challenge, Janice said: "How much more of this can I take? I'm completely flipped out about creatures. A rat came in the camp and bit me last night."
As she was cuffed to the ground, Janice told Ant and Dec: "If you see anything climbing up my pants or something I’m going to be so out of here. Crawling inside my you know what, I can’t take it!"
Janice had boxes filled with mealworms, yabbies and slime on her before finally having the cockroaches poured over her body.
When she was told what was in the final box, Janice sobbed and shouted "No, no, no”, but remained tied to the floor for the full minute to win the final star.
After being cleaned up by medic Bob, she cried: "I’m traumatised."
Praising her efforts, Dec said: "All the way through this series you refused point blank to entertain cockroaches and you did it!"
