Nicola McLean's boyfriend Tom Williams has claimed that the glamour model is "a fighter".
McLean won her first Bushtucker Trial on the show earlier this week, eating crocodile eye, toes and foot, silkworms and a kangaroo testicle in the I Scream Van challenge.
"There's more to her than people give her credit for," said Williams. "She will give 100% to whatever she puts her mind to - including eating kangaroo testicles."
Williams, who plays football for Peterborough United, added that he was impressed by how beautiful McLean looked without her usual makeup.
He said: "I can't get over how stunning she looks. I'm really proud of her."
