Peter Andre may have asked for Jordan's hand in marriage, according to The Sun.

The couple were in the Maldives, filming a new show, VIP Get Me Out Of Here, when Peter apparently pulled out a £5,000 ring in their hotel's restaurant.

An onlooker told the newspaper, "When he pulled the ring out of his pocket she let out a little scream.

"Everybody turned round to see him put the ring on her finger and everybody just responded with a spontaneous round of applause.

"Jordan was really emotional and it genuinely looked like he had just proposed. They were kissing and cuddling all night after that."

There has not yet been any official word on whether Jordan has accepted the proposal.
