The solicitations for September in Previews show that Straczynski will finish his chapter in the thunder god's life with Thor: Defining Moments Giant Size #1, a 64-page comic pencilled by Marko Djurdjevic.
Straczynski has been credited for reviving the flagging title, imbuing Thor with new purpose as he seeks out his lost family, and relocating the realm of Asgard to Oklahoma. Thor: Defining Moments Giant Size #1 promises to wrap up this story.
Straczynski has written in a variety of media, including film, television, novels and radio. He was creator and writer of the sci-fi television series Babylon 5, he wrote the screenplay for Clint Eastwood's Changeling and has written for Amazing Spider-Man, Fantastic Four and The Twelve.
He has received numerous awards including two Hugo Awards and the Eisner Award, and was nominated for a BAFTA for Changeling.
