'The Boys' #34 banned in Germany

The Boys #34, written by Garth Ennis and drawn by Carlos Ezquerra, bears a cover illustration depicting a swastika; an image that has been barred in Germany since the aftermath of World War II.
Speaking to Newsarama, series co-creator Darick Roberts discussed his feelings on the book's censorship.
"I'm not German, I don't live in Germany and if they don't want to sell that issue, it's their prerogative, but I can assure you our use of the swastika in fiction is not the first," he said. "We aren't promoting the swastika as a good thing.
"With all due respect for people's feelings about it, sometimes you have to look the monster in the face to stop him."
Debuting in 2006, The Boys takes place in an alternate reality, where superhumans live side-by-side with everyday citizens. The story's protagonists are members of an elite CIA squad charged with policing superheroes.
