Oni Press's Scott Pilgrim series is littered with obvious and more oblique references to retro computer games. O’Malley is a well known fan of old 8 and 16-bit games, and the new game will be made in the same style.
Scott Pilgrim is the story of a lazy twenty-something Canadian boy who must defeat seven evil ex-boyfriends so that he can be with the girl he loves.
The Scott Pilgrim game and film will be released in 2010.
