Warner announces animated 'Superman' DVD

Superman: The Complete Animated Series will contain all three seasons of the cartoon show, which ran between 1996 and 2000.
The seven-disc collector's set comes packed with bonus material, including a brand new documentary on popular antagonist Darkseid.
"Warner Home Video is excited to finally bring all 54 episodes together on one phenomenal DVD collection just in time for the holiday season," said Warner Home Video vice president Amit Desai. "Superman: The Complete Animated Series fully tells the compelling story of America's most-beloved DC superhero."
Edited reruns of the show are currently being broadcast on children's network Disney XD.
Superman: The Animated Series retails on November 24, priced $53.82 (£32.60).
