The one-shot will lead into next year's Hulk-book crossover, World War Hulks, which will be penned by writers Jeph Loeb and Greg Pak.
Parker told Newsarama: "The book I'm working on, Alpha, is an oversized story featuring the most intelligent heavies on Earth and begins the reintroduction of them all as very threatening men: The Leader, Dr Doom, Mad Thinker, Egghead, Red Ghost and MODOK.
"This Intelligentsia, or INTEL, meet to acquire vast sums of secret knowledge, the thing they value most."
Loeb said Alpha #1 would act as an entry point for new readers ahead of World War Hulks, which promises to change the lives of Bruce Banner, Red Hulk, Skaar: Son Of Hulk, Red She-Hulk, and Savage She-Hulk.
World War Hulks: Alpha #1 is out in December.
