Doom and Osborn go head to head

Dr Doom will meet Norman Osborn in battle in December's issue of Dark Avengers.

Marvel has released a teaser image of the issue's cover, which shows the former Green Goblin - now known as Iron Patriot - trading blows with Doom.

In the background the villains Loki, Taskmaster and The Hood can be seen joining the fray.

Marvel's Dark Reign storyline has seen Osborn, Doom, Loki and The Hood form a cabal along with Emma Frost and Namor with the intention of bringing about a new world order.

This issue of Dark Avengers promises to offer new developments in the Dark Reign story.
