The stall will exhibit and sell comics and fanzines from a "host of familiar and unfamiliar" writers and illustrators from Britain and abroad.
There will also be a sale of original artwork by Eagle Award-winner Tom Humberstone (How To Date A Girl In Ten Days).
"It's important that the small press community brings its work into the public eye, by which we mean the people who don't go to fairs," We Are Words + Pictures' Matthew Sheret told Digital Spy.
"If we aren't collectively trying to reach new people then we're doing something wrong.
"If it's successful then it will be the first in a long line of such stalls popping up outside of small press fairs, presenting brand new work to a brand new audience at established markets, music festivals, village fairs and schools."
The stall opens on September 27 in Brick Lane's Tea Room Market.
