Morrison, who is credited as one of the top names in the comic book industry, was previously represented by rival firm Creative Artists Agency. He joins fellow writer Neal Adams and Spawn creator Todd McFarlane at ICM.
The writer is best known for his work with DC Comics, having penned the recent Batman: RIP story arc and the revamped Batman And Robin series. He has also worked for Marvel Comics on its X-Men title and won multiple Eisner Awards for his All-Star Superman series.
Furthermore, Eidos Interactive's hit video game Batman: Arkham Asylum was inspired by Morrison's graphic novel Arkham Asylum: A Serious House On Serious Earth.
