The musician will appear in the book alongside a host of other celebrities, including Lost actor Nestor Carbonell and System Of A Down drummer John Dolmayan. It will be written and illustrated by Miguel A. Insignares.
"I am honoured to have such an incredible roster of talent which have agreed to lend their likeness to this project and I am thrilled at the potential of The Rufnex brand across various entertainment media," Insignares said.
The comic's story takes place on a zombie-infested island, where a group of prisoners have agreed to take part in a mission in exchange for their freedom. The characters are forced to put their differences aside and work as a team in order to escape.
Issue #1 is now available to pre-order from the comic's official website. Readers can also take part in an online auction to be illustrated as a zombie in the story. All proceeds will go to the Hero Initiative, a charity founded to help struggling comic book creators.
