Limited sales and demand currently prevent DC from publishing more than the single, core Wonder Woman title, DCU executive editor Dan DiDio has said.
DiDio was asked in his weekly Newsarama interview why Wonder Woman has only one series when the other two major DC characters, Batman and Superman, have various titles and tie-ins.
"Sales and fan demand," replied DiDio. "Believe me, we're always looking at whether we can increase the number of Wonder Woman series or the amount of product tied to the character.
"And hopefully, in the upcoming year, we can get into a position where we'll feel confident and can make something like that happen.
"But as of right now, we're really just focused on making the ongoing series the best stories possible."
Batman features in a variety of related ongoing titles including Batman, Detective Comics, Gotham City Sirens and Batman and Robin.
Superman, Action Comics, World of New Krypton and Supergirl are all Superman-related titles.
