Based on the novel Venomous by Chris Krovatin, the one-shot tells the story of a young man struggling to come to terms with his inner demons.
Taking place in modern-day New York, the book follows Locke Vinett, a teenager whose life becomes threatened by a dark alter ego that exists within his drawings.
The venture teams Rex Mundi writer Arvid Nelson with Criminal Macabre artist Nick Staka.
Los Angeles-based studio 72 Productions is currently working on a feature film based on the comic book.
Deadlocke is released on November 18.
