The trailer offers a short retrospective of events in the Marvel Universe from the last few years, followed by images from 'Siege'.
The video concludes with a shot of Asgard - the home of the Norse gods - crashing to earth in flames.
"It's been years in the making," says the voiceover on the trailer. "And despite everything they've witnessed... nothing can prepare them for what is about to happen."
Marvel has also released two new teaser posters. One shows a silhouetted figure flying above a city while people below look up in fear.
The second poster reads: "Who is Norman Osborn's secret weapon?" It shows Osborn sat below images of Odin, The Beyonder, Scarlet Witch, Molecule Man, Thanos, Nate Grey and Mephisto.
'Siege' begins in the pages of Siege: The Cabal, released on December 2.
