'Wallace & Gromit' comics land on iPhone
Published Monday, Nov 9 2009, 20:14 GMT | By Mark Langshaw

Four downloadable books are currently available via the App Store, 'The W-Files', 'Parts & Labour', 'Big In Japan' and 'Where There's Muck There's Brass'. Each comic costs 59p and comes bundled with bonus features.
The stories are written by Legion scribe Dan Abnett and Simon Furman, who has worked on adaptations of Transformers and Terminator 2.
"It's really exciting to see Wallace and Gromit at the forefront of such a cracking new technology. Although I secretly suspect that Wallace would be more comfortable with the type of apple that comes with cheese," said editor Ned Hartley.
Wallace & Gromit comics are available from Apple's digital storefront now. Additional issues will be added in the future.
