The new limited series, beginning in February, will reunite Wood with his regular collaborator Becky Cloonan (American Virgin) for a six-issue follow-up to their celebrated series.
Demo consists of stand-alone stories, with each issue focusing on a different young person gifted with supernatural abilities.
February will also see the release of DMZ #50 and Northlanders #25 - both penned by Wood for Vertigo.
Demo was originally published by AiT/Planet Lar, but was transferred to DC Comics' Vertigo imprint in 2008.
