'Existence 3.0' arrives in stores
Image Comics' science fiction series Existence 3.0 is now available to purchase at retail level.

Created by scribe Nick Spencer and artist Ron Salas, the miniseries is a follow-up to last summer's bestseller Existence 2.0. The sequel takes place five years after the original.

In an interview with Newsarama, writer Spencer described the book as: "A sort of unique family drama playing out against a backdrop of high-concept science fiction and mindless violence.

"Initially, we talked about turning it into an ongoing, but given how the first arc ended, we felt like it would be more appropriate to launch the next arc as its own series. Hence, 3.0."

Existence 3.0 follows protagonist Marko as he attempts to protect his companions from an evil corporation that will stop at nothing to obtain the mind transfer technology that they possess.

Existence 3.0 #1 (of 4) is now available from comic book retailers.
