According to the publisher's blog, two versions of the story will be released in 2010. One is a deluxe hardback featuring a new cover from artist Neal Adams and additional sketch material dating back to the original book's publication.
The other will be a special edition one-shot which repackages the original story at its original treasury size. Prices for the hardcovers are yet to be announced.
DC had several legal hurdles to overcome before reissuing the book, due to the 1978 edition featuring the likenesses of major celebrities, including Frank Sinatra and Christopher Reeve.
Superman vs Muhammad Ali will arrive in Autumn 2010.
