The one-shot - created by comics veterans Dennis O’Neil and Neal Adams in 1978 - will be released as a regular hardcover version and a limited edition hardcover featuring the original cover and page sizing.
The story sees the Man of Steel teaming up with the legendary boxer to repel an alien invasion.
The books will both be released in autumn 2010.
