'Command & Conquer' comic rumoured
Electronic Arts's iconic real-time strategy series Command & Conquer is rumoured to be making the move to comics, MTV reports.

According to the franchise's official newsletter, C&C is heading to a new medium next year. Two comic book style illustrations - which have been compared to the work of Strange Tales artist Paul Pope - accompanied the text.

"Early 2010 will also bring you a new medium never created for the C&C franchise before, until now," read the post on the game's official website.

Earlier this year, Electronic Arts teamed with IDW Publishing to form the EA Comics imprint. The partnership has already seen comics based on popular RPG Dragon Age arrive on the market. An Army Of Two adaptation will debut in January.

The new C&C venture is thought to be unveiled alongside Command & Conquer 4: Tiberium Twilight, which will be available for PC on March 16.
