Issue #1 - written by Phil Hester and drawn by Frazer Irving - is now available to download for free. The other four issues will be released weekly, costing $1.99 (£1.20) each.
Days Missing tells the story of a powerful being known as The Steward, who has the ability to manipulate time and remove critical days. During these missing days, the character battles Frankenstein, the Spanish conquistadors and artificial life forms to alter the course of history.
"Roddenberry has always been a name associated with technology and innovation. We are thrilled to continue this journey with Archaia and offer fans the opportunity to consume this extraordinary story on a unique digital platform," said the firm's head of development and Days Missing creator Trevor Roth.
iVerse Media CEO Michael Murphey added: "Archaia is the perfect kind of publishing partner for iVerse. "Archaia has a rich and diverse catalogue with some amazing properties like Days Missing… which we're very excited to release on the iPhone."
Days Missing digital issues #2 to #5 will roll out on a weekly basis from January 27.
