Issue #12 of the series - originally planned for 15 issues - concludes the story exploring Superman's time living among his fellow Kryptonians in the recently restored city of Kandor.
DC released a five-page preview of the comic - written by Greg Rucka and James Robinson - showing Superman and Adam Strange facing off against a mob of angry Kryptonians.
"Now that the conspiracy involving New Krypton's council has been brought to light, can Superman keep his people from tearing each other apart?" reads DC’s solicitation.
"And what does a skull-shaped ship flying towards New Krypton mean?!"
Superman: World of New Krypton's conclusion is to be followed by the 'Brainiac and the Legion of Super-Heroes' storyline and Superman: Last Stand of New Krypton miniseries.
