DC replaces lawyer in Superman case

Petrocelli has been involved in several high-profile cases including defending Enron CEO Jeff Skilling, representing the Goldman family in their victory against OJ Simpson and successfully defending Disney in its dispute over Winnie the Pooh royalties.
Petrocelli has replaced outside counsel Weissmann Wolff Bergman in the long-running dispute between DC and the heirs of Superman creator Jerry Siegel, reports Newsarama.
It is thought that the move indicates that DC does not expect to reach a settlement with the Siegel family in the near future.
