According to Aint It Cool News, the company plans to publish a series of sequels, prequels and adaptations to the movie, directed by Nimrod Antal.
"What we get to do is expand on the experience," said Dark Horse writer David Lapham.
He added: "In the movie, you get to see these characters during their specific adventure. In the comics we can really dive further into what makes them tick and why things play out like they do in the movie."
The four-issue miniseries Predators: Welcome to the Jungle will ship every week in June.
The Predators movie, produced by Robert Rodriguez, arrives in US cinemas on July 7.
