The writer announced the move at Emerald City ComiCon, promising a new storyline to mark the handover.
Hack/Slash: My First Maniac - illustrated by Dan Leister (Grimm Fairy Tales) - will tell the 'year one' origin story of its star Cassie Hack.
"My little creator owned book is making the move to the biggest creator owned comic company," said Seeley.
"The move is sanctioned by Devil's Due Publishing and Josh Blaylock has been helping me with the transition."
Hack/Slash: My First Maniac #1 will be released on June 9.
