The Batman-parody character will appear in Darkwing Duck: The Duck Knight Returns, written by Ian Brill and illustrated by James Silvani.
The character first appeared in the Darkwing Duck television series in 1991.
He has also appeared in a miniseries that coincided with the series premiere and various other strips.
The four-issue series will debut in June.
