DC Comics
The new venture - written by JT Krul (Blackest Night: Titans) and illustrated by Diogenes Neves (X-Men: Worlds Apart) - will follow on from the creative pair's 'Fall of Green Arrow' storyline in the current series.
The title will tie in to the forthcoming Brightest Day event.
"This is it!" Krul told DC's blog The Source. "We've been saying for a while now that 2010 was going to be big for Green Arrow, and you can't get much bigger than this.
"As we put together the story for the 'Fall of Green Arrow' and developed where he was going to end up and what Ollie's life was going to be like, we knew it was truly a new beginning.
"A Brightest Day beginning at that!"
Green Arrow will debut in June.
