French publisher Les Humanoïdes Associés is planning to establish itself as a US comic book publisher.
The new venture, called Humanoids Inc, will begin in March, overseen by publisher Fabrice Giger, director Alex Donoghue, editor-in-chief Bob Silva, and senior art director Jerry Frissen.
In recent years the publisher has partnered with DC and Devil's Due Publishing on English language projects including the John Cassaday-illustrated I Am Legion.
The first comics and graphic novels from Humanoids Inc will debut in June.
