2010 Eisner nominations announced

Several nominations were received by Vertigo's The Unwritten and Boom! Studios' Irredeemable.
Ed Brubaker (Captain America), Geoff Johns (Blackest Night), James Robinson (Justice League: Cry for Justice), Mark Waid (Irredeemable) and Bill Willingham (Fables) were the nominees in the 'Best Writer' category.
Meanwhile, nods for 'Best Ongoing Series' went to Vertigo's The Unwritten and Fables, Boom's Irredeemable, VIZ Media's 20th Century Boys and Image's The Walking Dead.
