The first movie up for the comic treatment is Hammer's forthcoming Let Me In - a remake of the Swedish vampire hit Let The Right One In.
It is unknown how the book will tie in with its big screen counterpart, but the companies did confirm that it "will incorporate some of the film's characters and mythology with some fresh themes".
Currently in production at Overture Films, Let Me In follows a downtrodden youth who strikes up a friendship with his new neighbour, a young girl who only emerges at night and appears impervious to the winter elements.
The comic is expected to launch alongside the film.
