The publisher has claimed that the graphic novel was "repeatedly rejected" due to what the printers said was "politically sensitive content", reports ICv2.
The book tells a story set in 2031 in which a civil war breaks out in China.
Titanium Rain is the work of married couple Kat Rocha and Josh Finney.
