DC Comics has unveiled the first of a series of variant covers celebrating its 75th anniversary.
The covers will feature modern takes on a collection of iconic DC covers by a variety of top artists.
The first cover to preview on The Source is Mike Mignola's (Hellboy) Batman #700.
The variant is inspired by Lew Sayre Schwartz's cover for Detective Comics #168, which was released in February 1951.
The landmark Batman #700 features the return of Grant Morrison to the series.
