The September solicitations marked the creators for the three Hulk-starring titles as 'classified' last month, but various sources have attributed the Atlas creative team as the new writer and artist on the series, reports Robot 6.
The Marvel Previews catalogue and various online retailers have identified Parker and Hardman as the new Hulk team.
Marvel also promised that Hardman will soon have a chance to draw the Hulk during an interview on their website.
The pair are expected to take over the title from issue #25, following current writer Jeph Loeb's promotion to head of Marvel's television division.
Marvel offered no comment on the rumours.
