Oni Press's publications occupied five of the top eleven graphic novel spots in the month, reports ICv2.
The rest of the chart was filled with manga volumes, with Naruto vol 48 in the top position.
The Neilsen BookScan figures are compiled from sales of graphic novels in bookstores across the US.
Marvel's only position in the top 20 was its Kick-Ass hardback, with DC's Watchmen and Final Crisis also appearing.
The sixth and final volume of Scott Pilgrim is out later this month, with Edgar Wright's movie adaptation following in August.
