Marvel Comics has revealed which characters will be part of the newest incarnation of X-Force ahead of the epilogue issue of X-Men: Second Coming.
X-Force #28 was released last week and marked the final issue by writers Chris Yost and Craig Kyle before the series is relaunched in October as Uncanny X-Force.
The new ongoing will be written by Punisher scribe Rick Remender and pencilled by Jerome Opena.
Marvel has released the first issue's cover, which depicts a team of Wolverine, Psylocke and Archangel, as well as Grant Morrison's creation Fantomex and current Marvel favourite Deadpool.
The series will begin with the resurrection of old-school X-Men villain Apocalypse, which is expected to tie in to Archangel's recent transformation.
Uncanny X-Force #1 will be published in October with a preview of the team appearing in this week's X-Men: Second Coming #2.
