Marvel teases new 'X-23' ongoing series

Marvel has released a first look at the cover and inside pages of X-23's first ongoing series.
X-23 will be written by current Black Widow scribe Marjorie Liu and pencilled by Will Conrad.
The character first appeared in the children's television series X-Men: Evolution as a female clone of Wolverine and was created by current X-Force writer Craig Kyle.
After an extremely positive response to the character Marvel Comics introduced her to the Marvel Universe in the miniseries NYX after which she began to regularly appear in other X-Men titles.
X-23 will focus on Laura Kinney dealing with the fallout from the recent X-Men crossover Second Coming and how she deals with a number of recent X-Men deaths.
X-23 #1 is released on September 15.
